Senior Business Analyst (Retail Investment Reporting) Job in New York, New York US
Financial Consultant Book Management ¢‚¬ this position will be functionally responsible for managing Financial Books down to the individual customer level.
The position will be responsible for all Book-related activities, including management of Trigger events, book change audits, creating books for new FCs, and investigating Book inquiries from Managers and FCs.Campaign Management ¢‚¬ Understand and manage customer data to develop, implement, QA, and produce regular reporting on Sales Opportunity campaigns.
Production reporting for Investment Products Desk including Mutual Funds, Fixed Income, ETF, and Syndicate trades, monthly production of compensation blotters and processing of manual exception situations.
Provide reporting and ad hoc auditing on our Highly Valued Customers and their employee assignments to ensure appropriate customers are assigned to the proper business groups.
Point of contact for front line managers with reporting and campaign inquires.
Work with Business Leaders to understand reporting needs, create report templates and refine reports over time for front line management.
Trade Error processing.
Know Your Customer letter production.
Four year college degree preferred.
Series 7, 63, & 66 Licenses preferred.
Knowledge of financial services industry.
Advanced Excel skills required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Access.
Ability to Multi-task and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with different investment products.
