Senior Auditor Job in Job location not provided
Our client, a manufacturing and distribution company in Western Michigan, has asked us to locate a Senior Auditor for their corporate headquarters.
Key Responsibilities: Perform audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting client processes and procedures.
Conduct interviews, review documents, develop and administers surveys, compose summary memos, and prepare working papers.
Identify, develop, and document audit issues and recommendations using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed.
Communicate or assist in communicating the results of audit and consulting projects via written reports and oral presentations to management.
Develop and maintain productive client and staff relationships through individual contacts and group meetings.
Perform related work as assigned by audit management.Up to 50% domestic/international travel required.
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting 3+ years of audit experience, preferably in public accounting or a large SEC corporationCIA or CISA preferred but not requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and considerable skill in using a computer with word processing, spreadsheet, and other business software to prepare reports, memos, summaries, and analyses (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint)Knowledge of SAP and ACL preferred We encourage all interested and qualified candidates to submit their resume or call for further information.
