Senior Administrative Assistant - Indianapolis, IN Position Description: Positions in this function include more traditional administrative/clerical support roles including: answering the telephone, typing/word processing of documents, maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, making travel arrangements, copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files, tracking expenses, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance.
At senior levels, function may include supervision of other clerical/administrative staff.

Qualifications: Proficient to Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook4 years of experience working in an Administrative Assistant role supporting VPs, Directors and team4 years of experience making travel arrangements, expense reporting and tracking4 years of experience scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars and preparing agendas/presentations4 years of experience handling information of a highly sensitive and confidential natureHealthcare industry experience is a plusExperience in a sales environment is a helpfulHigh school education or equivalent experience Diversity creates a healthier atmosphere: equal opportunity employer M/F/D/V UnitedHealth Group is a drug-free workplace.
