Senior Account Executive Job in San Francisco 94101, California US
Our client offers a number of web applications that allow for interaction between sports fans.
Their applications are distributed on top social networking sites like Facebook and MySpace and through mobile devices like the iPhone.
We are assisting this client with a search for a Senior Account Executive/Sales Director for the West Coast to be based in San Francisco.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating advertising revenue on the west coast.
This position will report to the Vice President, Sales.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop new and further existing relationships with top tier advertisers on the West CoastUnderstand a customer's business objectives in order to design and sell custom solutions that connect the value of social networking, mobile and sports marketingSell million dollar sponsorships within industry leading products QualificationsMUST HAVE - at least 5 years online advertising sales experienceMUST HAVE - current Rolodex of digital ad agency contacts on the West CoastMUST HAVE - Bachelors degreeMUST HAVE - strong understanding of Internet technology, social networking, sports industry, mobile and brand marketing MUST HAVE - brand selling experienceMUST HAVE - solid communication skills (verbal and written) as well as strong presentation and sales leadership skills Jobdot is a recruiting firm specializing in the national placement and staffing of digital media personnel.
