We are currently seeking individuals to perform general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
This role will assist a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed.
This position will be responsible for providing aeration, mulching, or over-seeding services to specific customers.
This position will work from Thursday through Saturday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service in order to maintain customer retention levelsSafely operate company vehicle, aeration and over-seeding equipmentMaintain residential or commercial property by performing routine mulching, aeration or over seeding tasksProvide general lawn care maintenance as neededComply with all Scotts policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned by supervisor Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent years of experience and education;0 to 2 years experience in green industryvalid driver's license Physical Demands and Work Environment The work environment is field based.

The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms above head as well as lift up to 50 lbs. This role will constantly be required to walk, bend, and twist with great frequency.
