This position will compile reports regarding the inspections, violations and chosen actions to resolve the deficiencies within the plant.
Problem solving skills and the ability to facilitate change are needed.
RequirementsYears of experience: 10+ yrs of sanitation supervisory experience is required.
Skills: Must have knowledge of federal and state sanitation laws.
Education: BS in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field is ideal.
