Sales Trainers Job in Multiple locations
Infinitive Management Consulting currently has a need for 3 trainers located in New Jersey (Southern NJ, Central NJ and Northern NJ).
The trainers will be responsible for delivering training to call center representatives and supervisors.
The trainer will work with training designers and call center management to deliver training and coach individual call center representatives.
Training material will include sales and product skills.
The trainer will also be required to assess participants' performance, support learners, and report progress on a weekly basis.
Candidates should have: Professional training experienceFamiliarity with the sales process/sales trainingTelecom industry experience beneficialCoaching/leadership development experience beneficial This position is a two month contract position with an immediate need.
The primary work location is in New Jersey.
