Pursues long-term account strategy that maximizes profits.

May identify, develop and manage channel partners to achieve channel goals.

Assists in cultivating long-term relationships with the appropriate key account decision makers.

Develops a complete understanding of the organization's structure and key buying influences of assigned account.

Performs client presentations articulating the value proposition of product / solution / service offerings.

Provides management with suggestions for improving volume, market share and price levels.

May develop forecasts, budgets and operating plans for sales channels.

Key Responsibilities: Performs full range of standard work to prepare for the professional field.

Learns to apply skills to resolve complex problems not covered by existing procedures or practices independently.

Completes individual training/development plan as instructed including learning elements of: o Industry Knowledge o Company/Product Services Knowledge o Personal Sales Skills o Practical application of the above
Assist Sales Rep in identified territory in advancing sales cycles.

Tasks may include presentation preparation, site visit coordination, demonstration execution, EBC visit management, letter writing, etc.
Establish industry connections and contacts in an identified territory including: o Key local Healthcare Influencers o Consultants o Competitors o Current Customer Leaders
Supports local RVP and AEs as defined by management
May be assigned management of a small territory or named accounts as part of development/learning process, accompanied by all sales responsibilities usually associated with Account Executives.

Other duties as assigned.

Education: BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge: Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments.

Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization.

Demonstrates knowledge of organization's business practices and issues.

Experience: Typically up to 2 years of successful experience in healthcare information systems and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.

Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable.

Sales experience required in Medical Industry.

Additional Information: Travel Percentage: 40%
