Sales Support/Relationship Management Job in New York, New York US

Major Duties and Functions Include: Tracks, reports, analyzes, and presents financial and operational metrics to determine operational efficiency, staffing needs, productivity, trends, etc. Analyzes and reports basic to moderate financial and operational metrics information.
Compiles and analyzes operational and transactional data and creates reports of operational financial and performance results, including trend analysis, status of major initiatives, escalating issues, and potential solutions.
Provides reporting and analysis to line managers and assists with executive summaries for senior management.
Presents results, analysis and potential solutions to line management or senior staff.
Provides project management support to various initiatives by providing financial, work measurement, equipment/space planning, and metrics reporting support.
Participates on projects that encompass both short and long term business planning.
May develop expense forecasts and operating budgets and track revenue factors for an operations organization.
Performs cost benefit analysis for re-engineering and technology initiatives, identifies expense reduction opportunities, and recommends appropriate staffing levels.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
What You Need to Succeed: Typical Experience: 3-4 years of related work experience.
Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical skills Proven Customer Service Skills Project Management experience Work shouldnt be something you do just to make ends meet.
