The Regional Sales Specialist provides sales, technical, and integration support to partners, sales teams, prospects, and customers for Endicia's products and services.
Essential Duties Respond to phone, fax and e-mail sales inquiries in a timely, efficient and professional manner.Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers on what products/services will best fit their needs.
Provide basic installation/integration help and training for customers.
Follow up with customers through the sales process and periodically after installation.
Maintain expert-level knowledge on the features and business application of the company's product lineProvide training to USPS representatives on Endicia's products and services.
Attend trade shows and perform marketing tasks as needed.
Performs other related duties as required Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requires an excellent telephone and personal demeanorMust have exceptional written and oral communication skillsMust be able to demonstrate products and match their advantages to customer needsMust be able to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsRequires the ability to work on a team with other sales representativesShould be open to travel throughout Minnesota and Nebraska.
Bachelor's degree and/or 1-3 years experience working in a customer service/sales environment.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
