Sales SpecialistCultural Care Au PairCambridge, MA, United StatesAs a Cultural Care Au Pair Sales Specialist, you will develop and implement a regional growth plan to build the Cultural Care Au Pair brand and bring this unique childcare and cultural exchange program to families seeking an affordable and flexible childcare option in your region.
Cultural Care Au Pair is a designated program sponsor by the US Department of State and has been a proud member of the cultural exchange community for over 20 years.
Au pairs are young men and women, 18-26 years of age, from around the world who live with an American host family and provide childcare while experiencing life and culture in a new country.
Responsibilities: Co-manage team of Local Childcare Coordinators (LCCs) Provide regional leadership and vision for growthExecute new business initiatives to increase sales Consult with inquiring host families regarding program participationAchieve weekly sales goals Plan and attend local events (25% travel)Identify new marketing opportunities Communicate daily with customers, team and colleagues Hire and train new LCCs Mentor and develop team Job Requirements: 2-3 years of sales and/or recruitment experience Superior communication skills including training/presentations Ability to work well under pressure and remain goal oriented under strict deadlines Willingness to put in additional time to achieve goals Strong attention to detail Ability to think quickly on your feetProficiency in Microsoft Office applications Positive attitude and enthusiasm for your work Home office requirements: High speed internet connection Dedicated home office space Ability to work in designated time zonesIf you are an entrepreneur who would love the opportunity to build and manage a team and would shine in a work from home position, we would love to speak with you.
