COMPANY: ImageFIRST„¢ Healthcare Laundry Specialists POSITION: Sales Representative LOCATION: Cedar Rapids, IA SALARY RANGE: $35,000 - $45,000 annual base plus commissions (no cap) ABOUT THE COMPANY ImageFIRST is a rental laundry service for medical practices, dental offices, and outpatient facilities.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Its an exciting time to work at ImageFIRST„¢! Due to tremendous growth throughout the company, we are seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented, determined and highly social professional with excellent written and oral presentation skills to join our team in Cedar Rapids.
Successful candidate may also reside in the Quad Cities, Illinois/Iowa area or the DesMoines, Iowa area.

JOB DESCRIPTION We need a talented individual to fill the role of Sales Representative for ImageFIRST„¢.
In this position, you will be responsible for establishing new accounts; adjusting content of sales presentations; focusing sales efforts; submitting orders; keeping management informed; monitoring competition; recommending changes in products, service, and policy; resolves customer complaints; maintaining professional and technical knowledge; providing historical records; contributing to team effort.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience - Experience in the medical field helpful, but not required - Ability to make compelling presentations to medical offices using visual aids and other media.
Is adept at getting the attention and involvement of office managers, clinical managers and administrators.
- Track record of successful negotiation with the most skilled or resistant groups.
Establishes common ground and focuses on win-win outcomes while gaining concessions and protecting organizational interests.
- Closes the sale by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving the customer towards commitment.
- Has a successful track record working with sales organizations to achieve and exceed their sales goals.
- Consistently identifies new sources of business through cold calls, networking and generating referrals.
- Track record of attaining challenging sales goals and managing accounts within a designated region.
Uses territory analysis to target top prospects.
- Exudes self-confidence and inspires confidence in others.
