Sales Representative/Account Manager Job in Minneapolis, Minnesota US
Position Description and Responsibilities: An opportunity is available to work for a well established and industry leading supplier of fermentation products to the Ethanol Industry.
Become a part of a talented team of professionals dedicated to providing the highest quality products and technical support directly to Ethanol plants.
Territory would include Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas & Missouri.

Minimum requirements: 3 to 5 years proven track record of successful sales experience.
BS in Technical or Sciences field is desired, but not required.
Must have the ability to manage a longer sales cycle, strong relationship building skills and the capability to learn and successfully implement new sales strategies and products into your account base.
Must be able to travel 2-3 nights per week as necessary.
Preferred requirements: Sales & Support: Focused on the sales and support of the products directly related to the Ethanol Industry.
Relationships: Candidate must be able to develop and maintain relationships with a variety of customers.
Determine their unique needs, values and requirements.
Results driven: Candidate must place top priority on getting results.
Has the ability to convey an appropriate sense of urgency and possess the ability to bring issues to closure.
Integrity: Candidate must demonstrate sound business ethics at all times.
Show consistency among principles, values and behavior.
Must be capable of building trust in customers and fellow employees by authenticity and follow-through on commitments.
Focus on Customer Needs: Candidate must strive to understand the customers needs by encouraging and listening to feedback.
Look for ways to create value for customers and understand that their needs are paramount.
Teamwork: Candidate must be competent in working with a dynamic and talented team of co-workers.
Must possess the ability to solicit ideas from others, resolve conflicts and work across functional boundaries to build effective relationships.
Communication Skills: Candidate must be able to speak confidently and effectively.
Maintain and foster open communications and listen to customers and co-workers.
Convey information clearly and effectively through both formal and informal documents.
Provide attention to reviewing and editing of written work.
Compensation: Commiserate with experience.
Package will include a combination of base salary, bonus component and commission structure.
