Sales Operations Specialist Job in Woburn 01801, Massachusetts US
Sales Operations SpecialistAs a Sales Operations Specialist, you will have an opportunity to play a key role supporting Kaspersky Lab Americas Corporate Sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn both the operations and administrative elements of supporting a growing and successful international sales team.
ResponsibilitiesMonitor and process requests from Sales email boxes; screen and answer or escalate as appropriate Provide support as assigned of scheduling and meeting coordination, travel arrangements, conference calls and other events for all sales team member especially SVP of SalesInforms attendees/participants of function, reserves meeting space and arranges hospitality services as needed Manage price lists, part numbers, skus, and provide assistance to partners and distribution Audit travel and expenses of sales teamDistribute leads internally and externally as directedManage CRM Data entry of leads and opportunities and opportunity closureReporting support for entire sale departmentCoordinate Partner agreement process; reset requests and manage general portal inquiries· Generate and distribute renewal and other sales related reports to Sales TeamReceive all partner and distribution orders; ensure accuracy, resolve issues, gain approvals for special requests and forward to finance for processingMaintain department files and update as neededCreate Not For Resale/Free Trial Keys for Distribution and Sales team Create and process check requests, department purchase orders, and other documents as needed Provide back up support to Sales-Operations Manager as needed Required Skills 2 years of experience working within a corporate environment, working with executives is idealMust be flexible with ability to adapt to changing prioritiesMust be a highly organized, self starter than can demonstrate creativity, resourcefulnessExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated written and verbal skills requiredStrong ability to prioritize and function in fast paced environmentPC literate-proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint Knowledge of CRM systems, particularly MS Dynamics
