Sales Operations Analyst Job in Atlanta 30301, Georgia US
˜ Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual report for sales tracking, forecasting and reporting˜ Perform sales performance analysis and provide recommendation˜ Utilize various reports and reporting systems to perform analysis on sales data˜ Evaluate the effectiveness and profitability of various sales outlets˜ Perform ad hoc projects for management as necessary˜ Manage Reseller/Distributor Agreements˜ Provide sales support to WW Field Sales Team˜ Assist in the development of new policies and procedures to streamline processes, improve analytical capabilities and increase availability of business intelligence˜ Collaborate with Field and Channel Marketing Team on promotion and selected sales/marketing program through sales channels from initiation, process, approval to execution Qualifications: ¼ Bachelors degree in Business Administrations or in a field involving data analysis or equivalent experience¼ 5 - 7 years of Sales Support and Sales Process experience ¼ Must have advance skill in MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word¼ Experience in report development¼ Ability to prioritize routine tasks and handle multiple simultaneous projects in a demanding environment and meet strict deadline¼ Able to build working relationships with and communicate with a diverse group of people in a rapidly changing and challenging environment.
¼ Analytical, driven to solve problems and increase organizational efficiency.
¼ Self-motivated and self-directed, with a positive attitude.
¼ Experience with SAP and Salesforce.com preferred¼ Excellent presentation and communication skills¼ Strong attention to detail with emphasis on customer service
