As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for all activities relating to profitable sales growth in the assigned Market Centers by developing and supporting a high performing and professional sales organization.

Essential Functions: The essentials functions may contain some or all of the following: · Recruit, select, hire, develop and educate Account Managers, Sales Representatives, and Sales Associates.
· Communicate sales objectives and ensure the sales team achieves and exceeds sales, revenue, profit and market share goals.
· Work with sales team to develop existing and new business opportunities by successfully selling the company's values, competitive advantages and core competencies · Conduct performance evaluations and coach account managers providing specific and detailed feedback on their sales skills, execution of sales techniques, and attainment of activity, territory, revenue, profit plans and overall performance.
· Ensure Account Manager Retention rate exceeds 90% annualized.
· Ensure accurate Account Manager reporting of all new sales, account losses, and accounts at risk · Utilize and ensure Account Manager utilization of the Sales Automation software (Goldmine).
· Evaluate new sales opportunities and execute appropriate business activity, including due diligence, structuring of deals and gaining appropriate senior level approval · Monitor results versus plan by evaluating daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales reports, to focus on sales growth improvement opportunities · Direct the administration and adherence to an expense budget for the assigned sales group.
· Build a disciplined sales team that effectively utilizes Aramark sales process skills to achieve sales objectives.
· Create a pervasive sales culture that fosters a strong brand orientation and supports the management and achievement of sales objectives · Effectively build and maintain a total team environment with Operations and other support staff.
· Maintain compliance with all Federal, State and Local Laws, including all AUS and Sales Team Policies and Procedures.
· Ensure Sales Team meets or exceeds established weekly activity standards.
· Travel required commensurate with the size and geography of the sales district (approximately 30%).
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
· Two years front line level business to business selling experience.
· Three years business to business sales management experience of at least seven Account Managers.
· Must possess strong knowledge of Consultative Selling Skills.
· Prior formal (classroom) sales and sales management training.
· Strong presentation skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Must have valid driver's license.
