Sales Development Manager Job in Phoenix 85003, Arizona US
GCS Service is a division of Ecolab, the trusted service leader in the commercial food equipment industry.
Nationwide thousands of restaurants, hotels, hospitals and schools rely on GCS Service to provide preventative maintenance, service and repair of commercial refrigeration, cooking and warewashing equipment.The Sales Development Manager will provide a tactical approach to supporting our divisional chain-focused sales strategy.
Position will provide the market level support to “pull” business opportunities from existing Corporate Account Relationships (either through franchise groups or non-mandated corporate units) as well as other small to medium size chains in assigned geographic area.
Primary focus is to drive predictable sales through My Tech and Preventative Maintenance programs.
Main Responsibilities: Majority of time spent maintaining an active prospect list of potential clients that will be called on monthly Maintain new sales level of $50,000 a month and in compliance with divisional profit requirements.
This sales goal will be evaluated annually.
Price agreements in alignment with divisional and Corporate pricing approval processes.
Produce and provide a weekly progress report to VP Sales on all objectives and initiatives as well as AVP/CAM on individual targets.
Identify all service delivery components and coordinate communication with cross-functional groups prior to official business rollout.
Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Five years of industry experience and minimum of one year active sales experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Self motivated, and strong time management skills.
Demonstrated organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Internet.
