Sales Coordinator Job in Santa Monica 90404, California US
Get Fresh, a family operated bath & body wholesale company based in Santa Monica, CA, is looking for a positive, upbeat, people-person for our position of Sales Coordinator.
We are looking for someone that works well with others, as well as independently, and is goal oriented, passionate and reliable.
Great phone skills are a must.
Work will be conducted in an intimate office/warehouse environment.
Duties include:
Sales - Maintain existing accounts while looking for ways to open new accounts.
Answer phones and provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
Enter Sales Orders and Process Invoices.
Process Internet Orders and Inquiries
Work on special customer projects Requirements
All Resumes Must have a Cover letter with an overview of your work experience.
Minimum 3 years general work experience.
Bath/Body or Spa experience is a plus!
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet Searches.
Experience in Peachtree, Quick Books and Adobe is a plus.
2 or 4 year college degree
Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented Salary range: $35k $38k
