Sales Admin Assistant Job in New York 10022, New York US
A Sales Admin Assistant at Van Wagner Communications, LLC is responsible in all aspects of the sales process of outdoor advertising entities in which Van Wagner Outdoor operates (bulletins, walls, phone kiosks, and lifestyle centers).
The responsibilities include but are not limited to: proposals, pre & post sale follow-up (photos, kiosk models, and montages), organization of contracts/paperwork, client follow-up, idea building.
Skills Needed: Must be able to work in a fast paced deadline driven atmosphereMust be extremely organizedCreative thinkerAble to multitask Team playerUnderstanding Media & advertising industry a must.
Understanding New York City geography a must.
