Sell products to wholesalers,manufacturers, businesses or groups of individuals; develop existing market andgrow new markets.

Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong customer relations.

· Provide creative packing solutions to customers.

· Contact regular and prospective customers todemonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.

· Answer customers' questions about products, prices,availability, product uses, and credit terms.

· Understand company capabilities and services.

Effectively communicate value to the client.

· Participate in the evaluation of marketingopportunities for products and services.

· Assist in the determination of which new orexisting products and services should be presented to clients.

· Assist in the development of the relationshipwith current and prospective clientele.

· Recommend products to customers, based on customersneeds and interests.

· Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms,warranties, and delivery dates.

· Consult with clients after sales or contractsignings in order to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.

· Provide drawings, estimates, and bids that meetspecific customer needs.

· Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.

· Identify prospective customers by using businessdirectories, following leads from existing clients, participating inorganizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.

· Monitor market conditions, product innovations, andcompetitors' products, prices, and sales.

· Work closely with the project team in order tomaintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identifypotential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.

· Ensurethat all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, andthat projects are profitable· Verifyingall data and contact information is included in the CRM database (Salesforce.com).· Communicatesthe client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.

· Provide regular two-way communication between theclient and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper clientexpectations.

· Any other tasks assigned by the National SalesManager.

Job Qualifications Requirements: Knowledge/Education· High School Diploma or General Education Degree(GED) with 3 to 5 years sales experience required· A bachelors degree in related field preferred· Must be effective in all aspects of sales andaccount maintenance · A proven track record of industry experience andoutstanding sales achievement· Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite isnecessary.

· Familiarity with Salesforce.com is preferred.
