We are currently seeking applicants for a SaaS Hosting Manager position to join our Evanston office.

Qualified candidates will possess the skills detailed below and relevant work experience (minimum 5 years).The SaaS Hosting Manager will provide management for SaaS environment of all phases including: infrastructure, administration, application support, operations, provisioning, and help desk support.

As a SaaS Hosting Manager you will:
Manage a global SaaS Hosting team
Ensuring high availability of SaaS environment
Participate as an integral and active member of the hosting team with the ability to be hands on when needed
Provide advice evaluation, selection, implementation, and maintenance of information systems, ensuring appropriate investment in strategic and operational systems
Manages setup, installation, and configuration of SaaS infrastructure and applications
Manage client provisioning and job scheduling
Manage infrastructure and application support to meet expected service level agreements
Develop and oversee delivery of service metrics (performance, availability, etc)
Coordinate and communicate with other functional groups throughout ZS and externally to ensure timely communication and incident resolution
Create documented procedures for verifying issues, root cause determination, escalation, and resolution
Establish policies, standards, practices and security measures to ensure compliance with accepted industry practicesWhat are we looking for?Successful SAAS Hosting Manager possesses the following characteristics:
BS/BA with record of high academic achievement
Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, and PMP certifications
5+ years of experience managing a 24/7 SaaS environment
5+ years in a leadership role
5+ years on project management experience
Experience managing SLAs
Experience with Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, SAN, and data warehouse technologies
Experience with application provisioning and job scheduling
Experience with automation and scripting languages to support monitoring and operations management
Experience with compliance standards (ISO, SAS70)
Experience with the following environment: DBs (Oracle and SQL Server), OSs (Windows, Linux, and Unix), Web servers (IIS7 and Apache), Application platforms (.

NET, Business Objects, MicroStrategy, and Cognos)
Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Sound research and analytical skills
Strong customer service and problem solving skillsEducation and certifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Advanced training and certifications in multiple areas including: network infrastructure, virtualization, databases, data warehousing, compliance, project management, and business system solutionsCandidates must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis.
