This position is responsible for providing support resolution services for a Sterling Integrator (SI) B2B/EDI environment.

The individual will participate in all EDI development projects, promoting and upholding quality standards throughout the software development life cycle.

They will work with business units to analyze integration needs around various systems and applications; develop integration requirements for new technologies, platforms, architectures and/or computing environments and ensure they align with our IT strategy; and assist in developing programmatic solutions for complex business problems and issues.

The individual will be responsible for the following activities: · Performing production support and maintenance task on SI environment · Interface with customers, business partners, third-party suppliers/vendors, internal IT application programmers and internal business contacts for both new development and problem determination/resolution · EDI Mapping design and development for EDI ANSI X12 and EDIFACT transaction sets · Develop translation objects (maps) for the following data source/targets: EDI, XML, Application File, Database · Business processes (BPML) development and modification.

· Develop and perform unit and integration tests for SI objects.

· Develop application integration interfaces using various SI adapters.

· Support and implement EDI communications protocols including VANs and AS2.

· Analyzing / Defining customer requirements · Produce documentation and procedures regarding the proper use and operation of the corporate EDI & B2B infrastructure· Utilize the corporate problem management tool to track open tickets and follow up to resolution and closureQualifications · Education: Bachelors degree in computer science field · Experience: 3 - 5 years experience in GIS/SI BP development, implementation & mapping in Application Integrator· Working knowledge & experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry / FDA Validated environment a plus· Experience utilizing Gentran Integration Suite (GIS) or Sterling Integrator (SI) Sterling Map Editor Experience with the following EDI ANSI X12 transaction Sets: 810, 846, 850, 940, 944, 947, · Experience with the following EDIFACT transaction Sets: INSDEV, RECADV, ORDERS, INVRPT, DEADV, DESADV Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the United States.

Candidatesshould be willing and able to travel as necessary, be organized and possess proven professional interpersonal communication skills.

Candidates must also successfully pass a drug test and background check.
