STRATEGIC ACCOUNTS COORDINATOR Job in Carol Stream 60188, Illinois US
Communications Supply Corporation (CSC), a subsidiary of WESCO, Inc. seeks a Strategic Accounts Coordinator.
The strategic account coordinator role is an inside program coordination, communication and support position that is designed to handle the back office functions and processes that are critical to executing a Strategic Account Program.
The SAC allows the strategic account managers to maximize their time in front of customers and their ability to execute their account strategies.
The strategic account coordinator supports the VP of strategic accounts and the strategic account managers in executing their strategies and communicating crucial account and program information.
The Strategic Account Manager will interface with the strategic account managers, field sales and other disciplines within CSC. Responsibilities and essential job functions: Creates, maintains and executes all program reporting functions reports Monthly & Quarterly Sales and Margin reporting Project Reports Customer Specific Reports Supplier Reports/ Inventory Reports Monthly Pipeline Report Ad hoc reports Maintains database of strategic accounts codes and corresponding customer numbers Develops and maintains program document library content on company intranet Creates and maintains database of account plans Creates and maintains purchasing agreements database Manages and communicates customer requirements to appropriate team members Contract Pricing Terms and Conditions Develops Proposals and maintains proposal template and content Maintains and develops Strategic Accounts capabilities and customer specific presentations Coordinates and assists branches with multi-site rollouts Acts as a single point of contact for program and account information Responsible For Communicating Program Updates and Results We will only consider candidates with experience in the electrical utility industry and/or with infrastructure communications product experience.
Job Requirements: The candidate should possess strong communications skills, strong teaming abilities, customer focus, written and interpersonal skills and willingness to learn project management applications.
Must have good knowledge of MS Office and intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Access and PowerPoint including pivot table creation, macros, advanced formulas and creation of charts and graphs.
Working knowledge of SQL desirable.
