They are currently seeking a Senior Siebel CRM Developer for their Yardley, PA office.

Siebel Sr. Lead Developer will be responsible for working with business analysts and other developers to implement and maintain Siebel CRM solutions.

Reporting to a CRM Manager, Siebel Sr. Lead Developer will play a pivotal role in the initial deployment of Siebel CRM applications for one of our client's divisions.

The initial focus will be on enhancing and streamlining call center and data entry activities, replacing or integrating with legacy applications, and CTI integration.

Likely additional phases include other functional areas such as sales and marketing, maintenance and support, and additional deployment phases for other divisions.

Responsibilities will include: The overall design of the Siebel applicationParticipating in requirements gathering sessionsDeveloping conceptual and detail design to shape solutionsAdhering to best practices for standards for design, coding, and securityEvaluating business requirements against the Siebel CRM out-of-the-box capabilities and look for opportunities to adapt the business needs to existing functionalityUnderstanding the trade-offs necessary and the technical impactEffectively communicating design decisions and solutions to business teams and IT ManagementDelegating specific design and/or development duties to team membersVerifying design and development performed by team members and make sure they adhere to Siebel development standards and keeps implementation on upgrade path.

Owning and maintaining technical specification documentation.

Performing gap analysis and working with Project manager to create detail project planDeveloping and testing Siebel solutions (configuration, data conversions and/or integrations) to address business requirementsParticipating in System, Integration, Validation and User Acceptance test cyclesTroubleshooting and resolving issues found during test cycles and own issue list and provide accurate status to IT management.

Working with the Project Manager to stay on schedule and in scope, raise and helping resolve issues and risks, and accurately represent project statusWorking with Project manager to help Plan and then execute deployment activitiesManaging Siebel Servers for multiple environmentsSupporting, training and guiding the team members to improve their skillsPerforming performance tuning on production Siebel application as requiredMaintaining and Supporting production Siebel application and working with Siebel support to resolve open issuesWorking with DBA to resolve database related issues.

Ensuring compliance with application release management, outage management and change control processes and standards.

A qualified candidate should have the following: Experience with Siebel Call Center and CTI Integration.

Experience with configuring Siebel Tools, eScript, Workflow and Assignment Manager.

Experience with EIM, EAI, Integration Objects, EBC, VBC, Business Services and Web Services.

Experience writing SQL, PL/SQL and SQL Loader.

Experience with installation and administration of Siebel servers.

Experience in estimating level of effort and complexity of requirements.

Experience with hands-on custom software development, code reviews and technical design.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Experience working in FDA regulated environment.

Desirable Skills Include: Experience with OBIEE (Siebel Analytics) is plusExposure to Siebel UCM or any other MDM packaged solution.

Familiarity with core technology areas such as .

Net, J2EE, Windows/Unix shell scripting, operating systems, and network administration etc.Familiarity with middleware technologies such as BEA, Tibco, Web Methods, or MQ Series.

Experience with Oracle & MS SQL Server RDBMS.

Experience with Right Fax integration with Siebel.

Experience with Pharmaceutical business process.

Experience with Automated Testing tools.
