SEA_Sr. Manager, Marketing Communications Job in Ridgefield Park 07660, New Jersey US
Position Summary The position is responsible for creation and implementation of marketing communication plans that drive brand preference and demand for Samsung products.
1. Develop and execute Marketing Communication (Marcom) strategies that align to divisional goals and objectives.
2. Partner with Product Marketing in developing campaign strategies that support product launches and on-going business needs.
Ensure alignment among senior management.
3. Work with Marcom Director in the development and execution of communication plans across multiple channels including, but not limited to, broadcast, print, in-store, on-line, events and PR[^%dot%^
4. Oversee executional detail of these plans including budget management, fulfillment management, development of creative briefs and messaging documents and timelines.
5. Leverage Marketing Intelligence insights to optimize strategy and executional elements.
6. Support Marketing Director on KPI development and provide on-going program analysis and recap, with quantifiable ROI
7. Manage outsourced resources such as Agencies and third party vendors.

2. Execute communication plans based on agreed upon strategies, within budgets and on time.
3. Provide on-going campaign recap/results and recommend modifications and course corrections moving forwar
4. To review performance and work with other departments.
5. To manage subordinates, external agencies and third party vendor
6. Additional tasks as assigned Necessary Skills / Attribute
1. Excellent verbal and written skill
2. Sharp insight into advertisement/collateral design & creative executio
3. Ability to managing and mentor subordinates and direct external resources.
4. Facilitator of developing and fostering teamwork with other departments.
5. Digital savvy; good working knowledge of on-line media, social networking & searc
6. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Exce
7. At least 5 to 7 years experience in a Marketing Communications, Advertising or Consumer Promotions discipline, at either an agency, media company or manufacturer of durable or packages goods.
8. Experience in planning development and strategy executio
