Position Summary SAP CO System Improvement & Maintenance Yearly Management Plan & Monthly Forecast Plan SEC related Matters (Sales, Profit and OH analysis) Various Report to Upper Manager (Using BI system) Budget Control Zesati EP coordinator Common Essential Duties & Resp.
* MBO Coordinator * SIMS/GPPM Coordinator * NAHQ/CMD/Finance/Affiliate Budget Coordinator (with admin access for other departments) * OH Analysis for SVC Department * GA Expense Planning ??????* CCA Expense Plan Coordinator * SEA Workflow Coordinator for GFP FI module * Assist in Target Planning Cycle run and Target Planning * NAHQ/CMD/Finance/Affiliate Cost Center Coordinator CO Report Improvement - Systemization o
3. month Rolling Forecast - Budget System Improvement - Cost Center & Cost Element Maintenance Yearly Management Plan - Correlate with SEC's Direction - Set up and run system (GMPS & SAP) Monthly Forecast Plan - QAP - Analyze and make report Various Reports with BW - Monthly MGMT Report (Analyze And combine report from other dept) - 3 Month Forecast Report - Maintain customer/MG hierarchy in BW - Prepare various reports according to ;the request by manager Budget Control - Set up yearly budget of each cost center - Enter budget into system - Adjust budget Necessary Skills / Attributes Accounting Background is strongly recommended + Documentation Skills At least 2 years of exp are required.
Various reporting Getting cooperation and action from people not under his/her control Setting priorities: having a proper sense of urgency and importance Taking responsibility for and being committed to his /her work.
