SAS Programmer/Analyst Job in Santa Monica 90407, California US
RAND is a non-profit institution that helps improve policy and decision-making through research and analysis.
We are seeking technical research staff who will work on our research teams, acquiring an understanding of research topics, and independently solving data analysis problems.
Qualified candidates will have 2-5 years SAS database and statistical programming experience, and extensive background in large administrative, survey, and health claims databases.
Experience with Linux; SQL, VBA, or GIS a plus.
Position requires US citizenship for government clearance, and a Bachelors degree in Statistics, Math or other quantitative discipline; Masters preferred.
Superb analytical/quantitative skills a must.
