Responsibilities: * Gather and study business requirements related to *Pricing & Contracts*, and provide solution* Manage day-to-day production support and work assignments of OtC support team* Set up and maintains P&C related configuration in SAP related to break fixes and enhancements* Research issues related to P&C and provide solution(s)* Trouble-shoot *P&C* related issues * Work as liaison between end-users and developers* Write functional specs* Test development objects* Test in Mercury Quality centerQualifications: * Strong knowledge and experience with SAP order-to-cash process * Configuration knowledge of Pricing and Contracts process related to OtC is a must.
* At least 2 SAP full life projects.
* Experience with ABAP a plus.
* Good communication skills.
