Through these capabilities, they advise clients on some of the most intense aspects of managing their enterprise: issues involving performance improvement, transactions and crises.Job Description: The Management Consultant understands and/or challenges the business requirements and develops the means to configure the respective SCM modules including: SRM, MM, QM, WM, PP, SD, PM, GTS, GTM and TSW to support these requirements.
This role includes the ability to troubleshoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality.
The primary responsibilities are the following: Define and manage projects, especially functionally aligned workstreams (eg resource requirements and project workflow) to meet engagement objectives and budget Utilize and apply best practices on projects, gleaned from experience and consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the client and their culture Be hands on application expert and prepare / review project deliverables maps, control matrices, to ensure they meet project objectives Manage project financials including budgets, timely billing and collection Recruit and develop staff skills to support SAP practice opportunities Participate in practice development by supporting sales activities Build and maintain relationships with key executives and a network of professional organizations or affiliations Demonstrate thought leadership by writing or contributing to published articles, practice methodologies and tools, whitepapers.
Education RequiredBA/BS; graduate degree desirable.
SAP & PMI certifications.
Job Requirements2 + years of SAP implementation experience With appropriate knowledge and experience, the candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in SAP technical aspects and collaborate with client in the development and implementation of business transformation solutions.
They will work with client's project team from blueprinting to configuration, through various testing phases to system go-live.
Supports one or more ongoing client engagements in the role of a Lead SAP GTS functional consultant Establishes and builds client relationships at the engagement or management levelRecognized internally and externally as an expert for SAP technical knowledge and experienceParticipates in business development activities and assists with developing technology solution content for proposals
