Purpose of Position Hitachi Consulting is looking for SAP professionals who have a proven track record of success, aptitude, and leadership.
The position requires a broad range of skills and the ability to step in to different roles depending on the size and scope of an engagement.
Primary Qualifications
1. SAP ABAP Development Experience (minimum 5 years experience) Data dictionary ( Tables, structures, Indexes, search helps, views )Conversion program (LSMW, BDCs, CATT scripts) Forms development with SAP Script and Smartforms - Experience with Adobe Forms is a plus Interfaces (Configuration of IDOC Subsystems, BAPI's, BADIs, web services from within SAP, RFCs) - Knowledge of middleware such as SAP XI or SAP PI is a plusEnhancements (Working knowledge enhancements & user exit types, Enhancement Framework) Reports ( classical reports, Interactive reports, ALV reports and BSP's)2) Consulting experience in the following activities Requirements gathering during blueprintHeavy interaction with client personnelDevelopment & review of functional and technical specificationsExperience managing, tracking, and reporting development progres
3. Bachelors Degree required Secondary Qualifications: Knowledge of ABAP Objects and ABAP Webdynpro Experience with SAP Netweaver Applications (Portal, XI/PI, BI) Exposure to Solution ManagerFunctional Skills Effectively promote process best practices Excellent client interaction skills Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written) Works well with teams or in a team environment, with the ability to work independently General consulting skills Travel Must be willing to travel up to 100% Location National - can be based anywhere in US, but preferably near one of our offices (Atlanta, Bethesda, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Edison, Houston, Irvine, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Portland, Redmond, San Francisco, Seattle)Other Hitachi Consulting offers excellent benefits and career growth to all employees!
