As a Sales Coordinator for this stable and thriving produce company, you will be responsible for performing a multitude of complex administrative tasks for a sales staff o
8. The daily tasks will include data entry of produce orders, tracking and monitoring shipments, inventory tracking, order preparation, communication with field representatives, answering department phones and running daily sales and order reports.
Must be highly detail oriented, organized, able to delegate tasks, handle conflict with professionalism and be able to work under constant deadlines.
This position will require the employee to work a Monday through Saturday schedule due to the busy nature of this business.
Usually up to 15 hours of overtime per week during the busy season which is usually March through October.

Must be able flexible to work between the hours of 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Company utilizes Famous Software so knowledge of this is a plus but not a requirement.
Must have a background in the produce/ag industry.
