Revenue Management Manager Job in Uncasville 06382, Connecticut US
Position Summary: This position manages a team of RevenueAnalysts responsible for maximizing the revenue and profitability of MoheganSuns hotel, arena and special events inventories.
Also, develops policies, procedures,guidelines and models for the purpose of achieving revenue, profitability andoccupancy goals.
Accountable for theimplementation of Revenue Management best practices and expected to facilitatethe execution of these strategies in customer facing departments to include;VIP Services, Hotel Operations, and Player Development.
Explores the usage of Revenue Managementprinciples in other areas of the business.
Responsible for the implementation andadministration of automation tools for the purpose of making business processesunder his/her supervision more effective and efficient.
Evaluates areas of responsibility forcontinuous improvement opportunities and makes recommendations to MarketingExecutives.
Minimum Education and Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting,Hospitality Management, Marketing or other applicable discipline is required.
Three (3) years experience as a Senior FinancialAnalyst, Senior Revenue Analyst, or Senior Marketing Analyst in the gaming,hospitality or airline industries.
Demonstrated knowledge of Revenue Management bestpractices and manages the implementation and administration of revenuemanagement automation tools in areas of responsibility.
Must have extensive knowledgeand experience using RainMaker (or similar experience) revenue maximizationsoftware.For consideration please submit a application/resume at http://mohegansun.
