Returned Product Analyst - Biohazard Job in Burlington 01805, Massachusetts US
Our client, a medical device company in Burlington, is seeking a Returned Product Analyst to support their busy team.The Analyst will: - Perform or assist in the analysis of the device including Batteries, Battery Clips, Cables, Controller Cells, System Controllers, all Printed Circuit Boards (PCB), all Lead electrical/wire issues and all other electronic and non-electronic related component analysis.
- Photographing the device and other related system components, documentation of analysis and results.
- Assist Engineer in analyzing product complaint- Analyze components forwarded by tech service found to be suspect during tech service's analysis/repair of device components/equipment.
- Complete required paperwork to document analysis, results and corrective/preventive action in relation to investigation.
- Enter and update applicable computer databases as needed.
- Support and work with other departments and vendors as required.
- Cross train within Complaint process to enable individual to be utilized in any function within the Complaint process.
- Perform component, subassembly and finished product testing including fault diagnosis on a daily basis.
- Communicate test results and findings as required.
- Perform various electronic and electro mechanical inspections as required.
- Fabricates, tests, debugs, and documents assemblies, modules and systems used in the device.
- Maintains expertise in the use of all standard electronics laboratory tools of the trade and test equipment, such as multimeters, inductance meters, analog and digital oscilloscopes, timer-counters, etc. - Maintains familiarity with electronic components MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - One year certificate from college or technical school - Five to eight years of related experience working with electromechanical assemblies- Experience working in a biohazardous environment is an absolute requirementRequired Skills: Biohazard, Returned product, ELECTROMECHANICAL ASSEMBLY, FINAL PRODUCT TESTINGJoin Aerotek Scientific LLCSM, one of the fastest growing providers of scientific and clinical research services in the nation.
