The General Manager, along with 2-3 Assistant Managers focus on front of house operations while the Executive Chef, along with 2-3 Sous Chefs are the culinary experts.
We have a strong promotion from within policy and each General Manager or Executive Chef has the ability to become a Managing Partner.
