3Sixty Dining Intelligence is seeking a manager candidate for The Lucky Monk.
Early reviews of this new restaurant and microbrewery,which opened in December, are enthusiastic, and we are rapidly growing.
We are seeking dynamic professionals who are passionate about food, drink, and hospitality.
3Sixty owns andoperates La Madia, a popular Italian casual-dining restaurant inChicago's River North neighborhood.
Jonathan Fox, President of 3Sixty,is a former Chief Operating Office of Maggiano's Little Italy.The Lucky Monk, located in South Barrington, sits just off I-90, directly in front of the AMC 30 cinema.
We feature USDA Prime beef burgers, thin-crust pizza, and an extensive beer list.

Managers will have 3 years' managerial experience and will be responsible for: Hiring, training, and scheduling members of the front-of-house teamField and resolve complaints to customers' satisfactionObserve and enforce proper food-safety and sanitation procedures Develop front-of-house team members Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives Monitor expenditures in order to minimize waste Collaborate with bar manager in order to ensure guest safety and satisfaction and minimize legal liabilityNo phone calls, please.
