Restaurant General Manager-Arby's Job in Calvert City, Kentucky US
Love's Travel Stops & Country Store's, Inc. is now hiring for the following position: RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER Reports To: General Manager Responsibilities: Promote restaurant sales growth and profits Thoroughly train restaurant workforce Exhibit and teach a customer focused attitude Promptly execute merchandising and operational programs Demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detail Maintain a highly clean restaurant at all times Exhibit Love's pledge of "doing what is right for our employees" at all times Preferred Qualifications: 3 - 6 years restaurant management experience Experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of - million Experience supervising and training 6 - 20 employees Valid driver's license Proven budget and P&L skills PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend, stoop, sit, and/or stand for up to 12 hours at a time Ability to work a flexible schedule $50,000 - $65,000 Total Compensation Package! COME GROW WITH LOVE'S!
