Respiratory Care Manager Job in Roseville, California US

Manager, Pulmonary Clinic Services In this role, you will manage staff in providing delivery of high quality, patient-focused, and cost-effective pulmonary care services in a widely diverse culture.
You will be accountable for the service area and across the continuum of care, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Requirements include: A bachelors degree in respiratory care, health care administration, nursing, business administration, or completion within two years of hire date, or equivalent experience; masters degree preferredA registered RRT therapistCurrent California Respiratory Care Practitioner licenseAt least three years of management experience in respiratory care, in a multi-faceted health care system, multi-service provider setting, or academic settingNICU experience preferredKnowledge of federal, state, and local regulationsDemonstrated knowledge of budgeting, staffing, systems, quality improvement, and clinical care delivery in an inpatient settingThe ability to be a team leader who can hold the staff accountable and help improve the staffs performanceExcellent communication skillsThe ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment If you would like to hear the Kaiser Permanente story as told by our employees, watch the videos on our Careers Home Page, kp.org/jobs/video For immediate consideration, please e-mail your resume to JennyMCovalt [at] kp [dot] org , or fax it to (916) 720-0630.
