As a Resource Planning Senior Associate you will provide technical and advisory support for multiple business units in the core Resource Management (RM) functions.
You will lead the review and implementation of Resource Management processes and serve as a professional interface to customers and management.
Specific responsibilities will indlude:
Monitoring resource metrics and study work schedules to help drive our business strategy and meet client deliverables.
Preparing key management reports to provide information on resource capacity, resource utilization and workload activity.
Leading the development and implementation of selected Resource Management process improvement opportunitiesas well as driving the harmonization of these processes across global sites.
Experience: Experience in Business Operations, Management Science, Business Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
Extertise in the use of computer systems, databases and relevant applications, including Advanced MS Excel and VBA skills.
Understanding financial and statistical modeling, forecasting, and simulation; proven ability in analysis and interpretation of related data.
Familiarity with Life Science/Contract Service or similar business and general operating procedures is preferred
Ability to communicate and work effectively with team members throughout the organization.
