Residential Supervisors Job in Marlborough 01752, Massachusetts US
Glenhaven Academy is a 24 bed co-educational residential treatment facility.
Students at Glenhaven Academy disply significant behavioral and emotional difficulties, and attend Glenhaven for long-term, trauma informed treatment.
We are currently seeking full time Supervisors and Assistant Supervisors for direct care work.
Job responsibilities include direct care of our twenty-four adolescents in a therapeutic milieu, facilitating activities, providing transportation, teaching daily living skills, managing staff, and maintaining the safety and security of the program, including through physical intervention if needed.

Previous experience with clients with emotional and behavioral difficulties, as well as a degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or a related field are REQUIRED.
Ability to be certified in CPR and First Aid as well as Crisis Prevention techniques.
