Resident Services Manager* Job in New York, New York US
Oversees all resident services functions including but not limited to, resident clothing, beauty parlor, telephone and television services, room transfers, etc. ensuring resident/patient satisfaction.
Acts as a liaison between JHL and outside contractors for these services.
Is responsible that resident needs in these areas are properly handled and will provide hands-on services as needed.
Skills/Requirements High School graduate or equivalent, some college strongly preferred.
A minimum of three (3) years of managerial experience.
Able to read, write, and effectively communicate in English.At least five (5) years of patient/resident direct contact or care required.
Excellent interpersonal and interdisciplinary skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good computer skills and has ability to learn new systems
