Resident Service Specialist Job in Boston, Massachusetts US
We are a nationally recognized leader in the property management industry and have a great career opportunity for an outstanding and energetic professional at our luxury residential building located in Bostons beautiful Back Bay. The Resident Service Specialist professional we seek will be directly responsible for creating and maintaining exemplary resident relations while managing general office administration, specific site administration tasks and miscellaneous/special projects.
The Resident Service Specialist will also be responsible for administering the Affordable Housing Program under the direction of the Regional Program Manager.
Requirements: - Superb customer-service must be your constant goal;- Exceptional interpersonal and problem resolution skills;- Strong administrative and organizational skills;- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;- Excellent telephone presentation skills;- High energy level;- Luxury residential real estate experience a must;- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Additional hours may be required in this demanding, but rewarding job.Salary: 55K Please apply directly through Monster.
