Great Company! Great People! Great Beer! Support the Research Manager to conduct various consumer research studies as directed by the Consumer Research Manager.
Provide analysis and associated recommendations to Consumer Research Manager or directly to the Brand team.
Research Strategy-*Provide actionable strategic insights and prescriptive recommendations for brandsAnalysis- *Provide support to determine the analysis technique employed to answer key brand questions*Leads the development and analysis of select research studies, including both qualitative and quantitative*Provide support to interpret tracking studies for BrandPlanning-*Align against plans for work-flow*Align projects to link to brand timeframes, eg some longer-term issues arisePartnership Management (External)-*Manage research suppliers to ensure quality of work, budget and timelines are metCommunication Management (Internal & External Stakeholders)-*Act as voice of consumer for identified Brand or Brands*Identify and communicate consumer insights with Brand teams Education level and/or Experience-*Bachelor's Degree with Master's degree preferred (social sciences, research focus preferred)*2 years of consumer research experience ' custom or syndicatedSkills and/or Knowledge- *Experience with market research or other quantitative analytics (eg media)*Able to draw a story out of data*Working knowledge of a broad range of qualitatitve and quantatative methodologies and key questions for determining appropriate research approaches.
Other Requirements-*Strong organizational skills - proven success in managing multiple projects at one time
