Rep I Contact Center Job in Englewood 07631, New Jersey US
RESPONSIBILITIESReceive inbound phone calls from customers to process orders and provide product and pricing information.
As part of a sales culture, associates suggestively sell products and services through cross-sells and up sells.
Upon completion of additional training, associates will resolve in-depth customer service and delivery related issues and customer support functions if applicable.
QUALIFICATIONSNOTE: Work hours are within 8:00am 9:00pm timeframe
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Sales experience helpful, but not required; willingness to sell is a must
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Extensive PC & Internet skills - must have solid experience using search engines, cutting and pasting, moving through multiple windows and keyboard skills
Stable work history
