AIM Healthcare is currently seeking a Remote Review Analyst.
The Remote Review Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and identifying overpayments resulting from duplicate payments or incorrect payments made by our clients.
Essential Job Functions
1. Utilize Provider database to reconcile non-client, Provider healthcare claims and submit claims for repayment2 Meet production and quality goals as established by Management and validate Provider claims to ensure accuracy of claims posting process3 Inform Project Manager of trends discovered in the course of the review and validation process4 Identify and mark suspect claims to be further researched by respective areas5 Duties may be modified from time to time to include such other duties, tasks, and work as may be assigned.

College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written/presentation).
Required knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Access).
Must be comfortable working both independently and with co-workers in a team-focused setting.

Continuously conducts complex interpersonal interactions, makes moderately complex decisions, analyzes and solves complex problems, and handles multiple tasks.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, lift and carry items weighing 35-50 lbs. Must use hands to finger and feel.
Must be able to talk and hear.
Vision requirements include: Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
