ITBM Configuration and Integration ConsultantResponsible largely for onshore "build" related activities and deliverables that result in the delivery of a system according to mutually agreed to specificationsKey Responsibilities may include: Develop working knowledge of ITBM Suite solutions and implementation methodology: Road-Mapping; Solution Design; Set-up and Configuration; Roll-Out; and Track and RefineFunctional and system requirements gatheringSoftware installation & configurationSolution sizing & performance tuningSolution customizationReport definition & developmentThird party integration developmentDiagnostic and roadmap delivery under the guidance of the Process & Design ConsultantQualifications: Minimum of 3 years experience with ITIL oriented (operational or service management) tools- service desk, change, availability, and/or performance monitoring management.
Minimum of 3 years experience with BMC Remedy ITSMProfessional Skills Requirements: Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environmentAbility to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentExcellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skillsDesire to work in an information systems environmentFlexibility in a dynamic work environment and working with a diverse workforce
