Remediation/Demolition Project Manager Job in Laurel 20709, Maryland US
Our client is a small GC in the DC/MD that specializes in Environmental, Remediation and Demolition work is seeking a PM to run its projects.
The position will require the candidate to spend 50% of the time in the office and 50% in the field.
They will be responsible for: -Running jobs from start to finish-Estimating, Write Proposals, Scheduling, submittals-Coordinating with clients, attending progress meetings-Correspondence: Transmittals-Change orders, RFIs and other as appropriate for specific job-field reports/ Inspections-Attending bid meetings-interacting with subs and owners-inspecting job sites and writing daily reports-performing site walks-performing take-offsRequired Skills: DEMOLITION REMEDIATION, TAKE OFFS, RFI''sJoin Aerotek E & ESM.
