Contact strategy: Lead and develop comprehensive contact strategy for all outbound OX communicationHave an ability to understand all customer touch points (operational, marketing, customer service) and create a strategy to streamline and enhance communication with core marketing messagesDevelop, test and measure effectiveness of communication throughout customer lifecycleAbility to work with other teams to create consistent marketing message across all customer touch pointsLead customer segmentation efforts to define overall marketing strategyRelationship marketing: Work with CRM system to develop and test effective customer communicationHelp develop and execute CRM tests across customer lifecycle, communicate insights to broader team Analyze test results and deploy winning communication strategies across customer lifecycleCreate and manage all marketing customer communicationsWork with cross functional team to integrate consistent marketing messages and strategy across emails, website and customer service scripts Work with customer service team to develop scripts for outbound customer communicationAbility to create and analyze customer surveys to understand customer issues and pain pointsExecution: Work with broader team to prioritize and execute email sendsWork with email system to automate email communication and testingUnderstand and work with technology team to streamline operational emailsProvide comprehensive reporting and customer health metrics on an ongoing basisQualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in working with an email system (ExactTarget, Responsys etc.)Minimum 5 years of experience in leading a CRM communication streamProven experience in working with a CRM platformProven experience in creating customer contract strategyBachelors required, Masters preferredExperience in executing adhoc and triggered email sendsAbility to create comprehensive reports through SQL, Excel and BI platformsExcellent communication and copywriting skillsBasic HTML skills to design emailsAbility to work independentlyAbility to work well with other business units optionsXpress offers competitive salaries, including incentive compensation, and an excellent benefits package and 401k plan.
