Registrar, Assistant Job in Mesa 85206, Arizona US
Everest College Phoenix - Mesa, AZ Campus Req# 09-2112 Job Duties: Develop and implement systems to maintain student academic records; administers storage, security, accuracy, and preservation of academic credentials in accordance with Company policy, accreditation standards, Sarbanes Oxley act and privacy laws.
Interpret academic rules and regulations; monitor academic progress, coordinate probation, suspension, readmission students and student drops, as appropriate.
Manage grade and transcript processing; coordinates academic information for graduation clearance; provides special program certifications; compiles statistical information and prepare reports.
Coordinate the grade petition process; enter responses to inquiries concerning academic performance, and resolves problems regarding the management of student records.
Provide a full range of administrative, clerical and office support.
Works with Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Internet applications, email and general office equipment (e.
g., fax machine, ecopy, etc).
Create graphs, tables, charts, forms and checklists.
Maintain student files/records including admission materials, courses taken, grades received, demographic profiles of admitted students, surveys, graduation rates, performance on licensing exams, advising forms, satisfactory academic progress tracking, letters and all forms of documentation.
Answers telephone and maintains telephone communications in a professional manner.
Ensures confidentiality regarding issues related to programs.
Provides clerical/administrative support, including the composition, editing and preparation of routine correspondence and accurate maintaining of excel files and presentations using computer software applications.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED.AA or college coursework preferred.
Three or more years administrative experience preferred.
