Regional Vice President New Business Development Job in Newton 02459, Massachusetts US
POSITION: RVP Business Development - Sales & Marketing DEPARTMENT: Sales and Marketing Please visit Websites: www.ccsusa.com & www.ccscrm.com POSITION SUMMARY: The RVP Business Development will concentrate sales efforts in the following market segments: Collections and/or CRM initiatives on Credit Card, Banking/Finance, Telecommunications, Cable, CRM and all other markets based upon past history and expertise, selling both CCS as a receivables management outsource solution as well as its other ancillary services (eg automated dialing programs, etc.) BACKGROUND: Qualified individuals must have a minimum of 5+ years proven sales and business development experience with the industries specified above.
Candidates must bring forth a solid, verifiable network with which to build a business foundation.
Candidates must also possess superior written, verbal, and communication skills, as they will need to communicate with senior executives and conduct presentations on a regular basis.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESAssume entrepreneurial role in the areas of mentoring, new business development, process work flows (different lines/types of business), etc. Provide CCS a strategic edge through knowledge/experience transfer having serviced many of our existing clients/targets Leverage winning history with key banks and/or large targeted creditors to influence new business development (collaborative sales).
Mentor winning strategies to CCS leaders to optimize performance (eg sloping/scoring/modeling) Consult CCS leaders in the areas of production, quality control, policy development, staffing and customer service When applicable, consult CCS leaders with regard to new branch expansion (strategic experience) Consult CCS leaders with regard to dialing strategies, etc. to optimize portfolio performance EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSBS Degree preferred or directly related equivalent experience TRAVELTravel is requiredThe CCS Companies is an Equal Opportunity Employer
