Regional Sales Recruiter Job in McKinney 75070, Texas US
Position Description: Job Title: Regional Sales RecruiterFLSA: ExemptSummary: Responsible for recruiting agents and managers for various positions with a captive sales force and recruiting Independent Marketing Organizations (IMO) through independent sales channels.
Demonstrate effective techniques that lead to consistent and measurable recruiting results.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Recruit a minimum of 8-10 new Agents/Field Sales Managers/Market Managers/IMOs per month2 Create and maintain a pipeline of prospective Agents, Market Managers and Field Sales Manager candidates.

Work with the Regional Director, Market Managers, Human Resources, and Training teams to develop a national integrated recruiting system4 Conduct professional interviews for various sales positions with the captive sales force5 Travel to existing and new markets and demonstrate proficiency with all recruiting functions, responsibilities, duties, results tracking and follow-up6 Train and develop Market Managers in all aspects of recruiting, building of pipelines and successful new Agent introduction7 Recruit IMOs for our independent sales channels and develop partnerships with the organizations8 Conduct business meetings with the Regional and Executive Directors, CMO sharing results and opportunities9 Coordinate recruiting initiatives; develop recruiting process with Human Resources, Sales, Marketing and Training.10. Work with all management to promote and implement the Sterling recruiting systems11.
Generate consistent recruiting results.12. Help identify locations for market expansion opportunities.13. 3 weeks in field interviewing and contracting new Agents, Market Managers and IMOs.14. Expertise in researching and staying attuned to competitive trends and market changes.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in working proven successful recruiting systems
Excellent communication skills at management and executive level
Strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include formal document preparation and verbal presentation experience
Knowledge of the insurance market with an emphasis on Medicare and pre-Medicare markets
High level of proficiency with Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job boards Education and Experience:
3-5 + years experience in insurance and/or Executive Recruiter/Employment Agency experience
Proven sales and sales force recruiting experience
Bachelors or advanced degree preferred
Proven track record of training and making presentations in front of small to medium sized audiences
Ability to focus on making high volumes of outbound calls for setting appointments.
Essential Functions
Requires extensive travel (approximately 80%)
Requires ability to sit for extended periods of time
Requires ability to hear and speak for extensive phone work
Requires valid Driver License
